Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that have already been delivered. We can only cancel new orders before they are dispatched and a shipping confirmation with the tracking number has been received. Once you receive the shipping confirmation with the tracking number, your order is on its way to you and we cannot stop the delivery.
- Refund Requests within 24 Hours : You can request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
- Refund requests after 24 hours : Orders placed more than 24 hours are not eligible for a full refund. After this period, the package is usually prepared and shipped to customs, making it ineligible for a full refund.
- Partial refund for late requests : For refund requests received after 24 hours of placing the order, we can only offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the order amount. This is due to the costs associated with retrieving the package from customs.
- No refund after shipment : Once the package has been shipped and you have received the tracking number, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- Insurance and customs issues : All our packages are insured. If your package is held by customs and not released, we will refund you the full amount.
- Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues : If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other issues caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
